Science Enrichment Programming
The E.L.I.T.E. Science Enrichment Program provides engaging after-school science experiences that extend classroom learning through hands-on investigations, STEM challenges, real-world problem solving, and VDOE-aligned enrichment activities. Students build science confidence, strengthen academic understanding, and explore science in ways that are interactive, meaningful, and fun.
Science Lab Workshops
Science Lab Workshops provide students with immersive, hands-on opportunities to investigate science concepts through experiments, engineering design challenges, demonstrations, and collaborative problem-solving. These workshops help students apply scientific knowledge to everyday life while strengthening inquiry, observation, data collection, and critical-thinking skills.
Science Tutoring
Science Tutoring provides targeted academic support for students who need additional help mastering science content, vocabulary, test-taking strategies, and Virginia Science Standards. Through small-group or individualized instruction, students receive remediation, reinforcement, and confidence-building support to improve science performance and proficiency.
